Boyle capitalized on the possession with his second goal.  A Dalton LeMaster to Nick Zebouni combination put the Sharks ahead 3-0.  Also scoring in the first quarter were RJ Garcia from Ponte Vedra and Stephen Chase from Maclay to end the quarter with the Sharks leading 4-1. In the second quarter, the Sharks outscored the Marauders by four goals to bring the score to 9-2 at the half.  Defenseman Parker Eastland took the ball over the midfield line on a clear and dished it to Reece Andrews for his first goal of the game.  As the defense was closing in, Cody Legeza sunk one behind the back to add to Ponte Vedra’s lead. Also scoring for the Sharks in the quarter were Eric Applegate and Nick Zebouni.  Maclay’s Tucker Schwarz added one for the Marauders. In the third quarter, goalie Ryan Applegate had a great save and took it all the way down the field before passing it off to Andrews to score his third goal of the game.  The Sharks had their first man up opportunity in the quarter and took advantage with a goal from Legeza giving him his second of the night. With 37 seconds left in quarter, Boyle sunk another for a hat trick.  The quarter ended with Ponte Vedra leading 13-2. The Sharks slowed the pace in the fourth and moved the ball around. Both goals for Ponte Vedra in the quarter were from Scott Applegate.  Jeff Auger from Maclay also added one to the board in quarter.
