WHEN: Tuesday, March 14, 2017 | 7 p.m. COVERAGE: LIVE VIDEO: Free Video on the Geico Tars Sports Network PLAY-BY-PLAY TALENT: Clark Sprinkel LIVE STATS: TarsStats.com SET-UP: Reaching the midway point of their regular season slate, the Rollins women’s lacrosse team enters into a Tuesday night matchup against Seton Hill University rising a five game win streak and holding onto a record of 6-2 on the season.  The Tars most recently earned the No. 7 slot on the IWLCA Division II Poll, announced Monday.  So far this season, Rollins has squared up against four nationally-ranked programs, including three teams that were ranked in the Top-10 at the time of competition.  In their last game, the Tars picked up an easy 16-5 win over Alabama-Huntsville on Sunday afternoon. Seton Hill makes the trip to Winter Park holding onto an overall record of 2-2.  The Griffins kicked off their season with a 20-6 win over Wheeling Jesuit, followed by back-to-back losses to Millersville and Slippery Rock.  In their last contest out, the Griffins earned a 15-9 win over Saint Leo University on March 11. The Griffins wrapped up their 2016 season with an 8-10 overall mark, and 7-5 record in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.  The Griffins were bounced out of the PSCA tournament in the quarterfinal round, falling to then No. 14 Lock Haven by a final score of 16-9. TRACKING THE TARS: Rollins has spread the wealth so far this season, with five different players notching double-digit goal scoring totals, and seven different players notching double-digit counts in overall points.  Freshman middie Hannah Ashton leads the way in goals scored with 20, and has added two assists in her inaugural season.  Sophomore Kallie German has tallied a team high 34 points, with 18 goals and a team high 16 assists.  Paige Brock has earned 14 goals and one assist, while Maggie Dougherty has compiled 11 goals and seven assists for 18 points so far this season.  Brittany Eveler has notched 10 goals, while Hannah Coakley has earned 13 points with nine goals and four assists.  Megan Cury has earned 10 points with eight goals and two assists.  Malorie Olin leads the team in ground balls so far with 15, while Sophie Stavisky follows close behind with 14.  Both Dougherty and Jessica Kopenhaver have earned 11 ground balls each.  Off the draw, Dougherty leads the way with 22, followed by Paige Brock with 19, Ashton with 16, and Lily Rizk with 11.  Leading the team in caused turnovers is Lindsay Van Beck with nine, followed by Dougherty with seven, German with six, and Maddie Hendren with five.  In goal, Malorie Olin has played in all eight contests, allowing only 45 goals in 392 minutes played for a goals against average of 6.89.  Olin has amassed 54 saves while facing 121 total shots, and enters into Tuesday’s game with a save percentage of .545. TRACKING THE GRIFFINS:    Katelyn Cressman leads the Griffins with nine goals in four games, followed by Charlotte Cunningham and Christine Palmeri with eight each.  Cunningham tops the team with nine assists, followed by Palmeri and Tristen Hanke with three apiece.  Keagan Pontious has picked up a team best 12 ground balls, followed by Nicole Nath with 11 and Alexis Patrarca with nine.  Petrarca leads the Griffins in caused turnovers with seven, followed by Eden Olson and Nath with six each.  Pontious leads the team off the draw with 17, while Emma Haley has won 10.  In goal for the Griffins, Meghan Hollar has earned all four starts, allowing 33 goals in 212 minutes for a goals against average of 9.33.  Hollar has posted 17 saves, earning a save percentage of .340 so far this season. NOTES:

• The Tars have notched 108 goals so far this season, while holding their opponents to just 61.
• The Tars are winning the battle against their opponents off of the draw so far, with Rollins winning 110 while their opponents have only won 68 combined draws this season.
• Rollins has posted a record of 5-1 on their home turf so far this season, with their lone loss coming at the hands of then fifth-ranked Lindenwood back on February 19.
• Rollins has won five straight heading into Tuesday’s contest.
• Five of the Tars’ six game-winning goals have been tallied by different players.
• The matchup will mark the second time the Tars have faced Seton Hill, with the Griffins holding onto the 1-0 series edge after defeating the Tars on April 19, 2015 by a final score of 11-10.
