Kevin Norman, a senior at Trinity Catholic Ocala, has announced that he will be heading to Wingate in the fall.  Wingate is a NCAA Dll program and a member of the Deep South Conference.  Some of Kevin’s accolades include; Blue chip 225 Rising Junior All-star and Southern Combat Showcase All-star.  He played club lacrosse for Paul Goldsmith and Team Tampa and was a member of Team Florida. “Wingate was an easy choice for me because it is a great school and it offered the best academics for my major.  The coaches are great and I am happy I get to be playing under them for the next 4 years.”  Kevin also added, “I immediately fell in love with the school right when I stepped on campus.” Kevin says, “I would like to thank Coach RJ Fuhr for introducing me to the sport and supporting me for the past 6 years as my coach. I wouldn’t have got this far without him. I would also like to thank Coach Paul Goldsmith and coach John Matzke of team Tampa and team Florida for always pushing me and for making me a better player all around and realizing my potential. I would also like to thank my mom for always being there for me and supporting me in all that I do. And lastly I would like to thank my grandparents and my uncle for always believing in me and supporting me.”
