UCF To Host Florida United University Prospect Day on Sunday

UCF Lacrosse presents their second annual prospect day hosted on the nations second largest university. This is a one-day event taking place on August 24, 2014 on the intramural turf fields at the University of Central Florida. The prospect day will feature some of the best high school players in the state of Florida and abroad to be seen by the following programs: UCF (MCLA) FSU (MCLA) UF (MCLA) UNF (MCLA) USF (MCLA) FGCU (MCLA) FLORIDA SOUTHERN (NCAA II) UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA (NCAA II) SAINT LEO’S UNIVERSITY (NCAA II) LIU POST UNIVERSITY (NCAA II) The prospect day is open to players in the classes of 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and will feature parent workshops on such topics as financial aid, admissions, recruitment process, savings, and a question and answer session. Players will go through a speed and agility combine performed by GODSPEED ELITE sports owner and former FSU fullback James Coleman. After combine has been performed and scores recorded, players will perform drills and scrimmage in front of each of the college coaches to give themselves a opportunity to be recruited to play at the next level.
