The Pridemore sisters helped propel Vero Beach to a 22-14 win over Winter Springs Wednesday night in Orlando. Katy, last year’s Florida Dairy Farmers Player of the Year and playing in her first game back from injury in over 2 weeks, scored 6 goals with 1 assist. Hannah also totaled 7 points in the win with 4 goals and 3 assists in an exciting, high scoring game in which Vero led from start to finish. The 8 straight time Florida state champion Indians have already taken down 4 top 10 nationally ranked teams so far this year and will play #2 Moorestown (NJ) and #5 St. Anthony’s (NY) on the road this weekend. Vero Beach is currently power-rated No. 1 in the state by LaxPower.com while Winter Springs was No. 3 heading into Wednesday’s game.
