West Boca Over North Broward Prep 11-5

Written by Lee Roggenburg on . Posted in .
In an exciting district game between the North Broward Prep Eagles and the West Boca Raton Bulls, each team gave it their all and West Boca came out on top: 11-5. West Boca Raton was led by a strong offensive presence, building a large advantage in time of possesion.  They passed the ball with finesse and executed their plays. Goalie, Scott Cheadle held his ground and came up with some big saves.  The score remained close until a Josh Schoenbrun fastbreak goal turned the tide to West Boca. The North Broward Prep Eagles however, played their all and had a few superstars of their own.  Midde Kareem Ingleton  was on fire scoring 2 goals in less than a minute off of his own faceoff wins. Kenny Lorden put in 2 unassisted, and Tyler Marshall racked up a hat trick. One thing that stood out the most, was the goaltending for the Eagles. Harris Feldman, a  NBP freshman, recoreded 37 saves.  The freshman was on fire all throughout the game, making 1 on 1 saves,  outletting the ball, and controlling his defense. An overall excellent performance.  WB goalie, Scott Cheadle, also had a great game with at least eight  saves right on the doorstep. Overall, a great game and effort from both squads. They matchup again on Monday at 6 PM at NBP  for a District Semi-Final Game.
