Author’s Note:  The season starts a week earlier this year . . . a rare Sunday night home game and an even rarer Thursday night home game are features of a five game homestand early in the year set up the Launch for a potentially quick start to the season.  Chesapeake and Charlotte are the odd teams out on home and home as the Launch travel to Charlotte in June and Chesapeake comes to Boca as the only matchups with those two squads. The late home and home with Ohio could be pivotal and the final two games are home versus Atlanta and a trip to the Star at Frisco ends the regular season.  All in all a bit tougher schedule this year, as befit a 3rd place regular season finish last year.

  Seven home games, all to be played at FAU Stadium in Boca Raton, highlight the Florida Launch’s 2018 slate of games. The Launch return to regular season play after the franchise’s most successful season to date in 2017. Head Coach Tom Mariano led Florida to its first ever playoff berth in his first season with an overall record of 8-6. Mariano and Co. will look to build upon recent success beginning with a road trip on Sunday, April 22 to Atlanta to open the season. The Launch’s home schedule features games against the Chesapeake Bayhawks, Denver Outlaws, Boston Cannons, New York Lizards, Dallas Rattlers, Ohio Machine, and Atlanta Blaze. Florida will look to keep the momentum after going 5-2 at home last season. See the full schedule below:
