Women’s Lacrosse: Lynn University 16, Davis & Elkins 4

Boca Raton, Fla. – Lynn University women’s lacrosse earned its first-ever win Monday night, 16-4, over Davis & Elkins College. The Fighting Knights opened a 3-0 lead and led wire-to-wire in the victory. Delaney Popella scored the first goal of the game and finished with eight
Cailyn Doyle recorded three goals and one assist
Sarah Shaffer added two goals
Danielle Farinas scored once and registered a team-high three assists
Isabella Clark tallied one goal and two assists
Victoria Wysocki-Christ netted 10 saves

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:

Lynn’s four goals allowed are a new season-low.

UP NEXT: The Fighting Knights are back home on Wednesday, March 4 vs. Gannon at 1 p.m.
