Author’s Note: for those waiting on the STA-American Heritage-Plantation write-up, it will be done today, along with the Jupiter-Benjamin game last night. Plenty of stories from Thursday to read up on and we are a little behind.
For those who do not know by now, there was a shooting incident at Forest High in Ocala yesterday and their District 3 final with Oak Hall was rescheduled for Monday. Thankfully, it looks like the shot student does not have a life threatening wound and that it was not a mass shooting attack.
Results from last night:
Jupiter wins District 24 with the 14-6 win over Benjamin
Canterbury slips by Bishop Verot 8-7 in District 18
Gulf Breeze with the 12-4 win over Pensacola Catholic in District 1
Western-Davie easily wins District 29 with the 23-11 win over Cypress Bay
Fletcher over Providence 8-4 in District 5
Lake Highland Prep with the 18-7 win over Boone in District 10

As we did yesterday, we ask that all our readers out there let us know about media coverage of the games last night and we’ll bring you that coverage when we receive it all day today. Well, most of the day as I have the last Palm Beach Atlantic broadcast of the season at 7:00pm!
