Coach O’Leary’s Insight On the preparation & mindset of this team: “They are loose and having fun. There is no monkey on their back like everyone talks about, they don’t even see that. They are going out, having fun and doing a great job in practice. They are great in the locker room and this team is just different – they walk out every day on the practice field and go hard. They don’t take a day off and it’s exciting.” On using the past as a lesson: Between these two teams [Colorado and Jacksonville], no matter who comes out victorious on Sunday, it is going to be a really tough game on Sunday. Our team seems to be really relaxed and ready to play.” On growth of inexperienced players: “It’s incredible. You look at the freshman class with Shannon [Kavanagh], Sabrina [Cristodero], Grace [Haus], Kaitlyn [Dabkowski] and Eddy [Shoop] – across the board this freshman class has done a great job for us. They are not playing like freshman anymore, we seasoned them well and they are playing great. They are a fun group to be around and the upperclassmen enjoy being around them and taking them under their wing. They aren’t inexperienced anymore.” Florida Quick Facts
