JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville University Men’s Lacrosse has unveiled a loaded schedule, featuring national competition and an intriguing neutral site matchup, the Dolphins are ready to face a challenging schedule as they search for an NCAA tournament berth in 2025.

The preseason schedule features matchups with Rutgers, Alabama-Hunstville and Tampa before a homecoming return for head coach John Galloway as the Dolphins will face off against Syracuse in the regular season opener on Feb. 1st.

The competition remains stiff as Jacksonville will return for the home opener, facing another ACC program, hosting Duke on Feb. 8th. It will be the tenth consecutive regular season meeting between the two progams, with JU looking to win three of the last four meetings in the 2025 season.

Following the Duke matchup, the Dolphins will host Marist and Hampton to wrap up a three-game homestand. Jacksonville will head back to New York to face St. John’s on Feb. 28th in Queens, returning back to the south after wrapping up the road trip against Iona on March 2nd.

A neutral site game against High Point follows the road trip, playing HPU at Memorial Field in Savannah, Ga. on March 8th. Jacksonville defeated High Point 10-9 in last season’s neutral site tilt in Charlotte. Another program from the Carolina’s is next on March 16th, with JU heading to Chapel Hill to play the third and final ACC program on the regular season schedule in UNC.

The ASUN conference schedule begins after a week off  with a home matchup against Air Force on March 29th. Two straight road games follow, one against Queens (April 5) and another against Utah on April 12th in a rematch of the ASUN title game last season.

Two home games remain as Jacksonville will host Bellarmine (April 19) and Mercer (April 26th). The ASUN tournament begins the following week, hosted at home in Jacksonville, Fla.
