Reidy. “She built a solid foundation in starting our program, served on the NCAA national committee and has done a lot to promote and enhance the sport of women’s lacrosse at the collegiate level. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors. Graham was named the first women’s lacrosse coach at Saint Leo University in September 2010 and guided the Lions to their first competitive season in 2012. In her six seasons, Graham compiled a 41-54 record, and in the three seasons of Sunshine State Conference action, she saw five players earn All-SSC honors, including a three-time honoree and a two-time honoree. For their academic success, the Lions were named an Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad for the 2015-16 academic year, and seven individuals earned IWLCA Zag Sports Honor Roll honors. In 2014, The Lions received the prestigious IWLCA Division II Community Awareness Award. “I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the incredibly rewarding association I have felt being a part of the Saint Leo University Athletics Department and the Saint Leo community,” Graham stated. “Being able to build a program from the ground up and gain countless lessons have been invaluable to my development as a coach and a person. The past six years have been some of the most rewarding for me, and I have the women’s lacrosse teams, past and present, my supervisors and colleagues in athletics and all of the wonderful people at Saint Leo to thank for that. A national search for a successor will commence immediately.
