Winter Park, Florida – Coming off a close game to Westminster (UT), the Fighting Knights traveled to Winter Park to face the Lindenwood Lions.

  • After Lindenwood went up 3-0 in the first quarter, down 4-0 in the second, Joseph Michalski scored the first goal for the Fighting Knights from Matthew Ilchuk.
  • At the end of the first half, the Fighting Knights were down 7-1.
  • With 1:42 left in the third and down 9-1, Connor Koppelman added another goal for Lynn.
  • Caleb Wells scored the final goal for the Fighting Knights with :06 left in the third as they would go on to lose 13-3.
  • Michalski had won goal and co-led the team with three shots on goal.
  • Wells had one goal and had two shots on net.
  • Koppelman scored his one goal on his one shot on net.
  • Ilchuk had one assist and three shots.
  • Benjamin Looges had eight saves on 15 shots.
  • Colin Casey had seven saves on 13 shots.


The Fighting Knights play again vs Flagler in St. Augustine, Florida on Wednesday, Mar. 16th at 2 P.M.
