OH is looking for Someone that is dedicated and willing to build a program from the bottom up.  

Requirements: 

1. Be Available at 2:45pm M-F
2. Have the Ability and creativity to fundraise
3. Have the Ability to communicate clear expectations to the players and parents- in a firm, fair and consistent manner.  Grades, practice, game time
4. Understand that you will have to work around and be willing to share your players with fall and winter sports seasons during the off season time.
5. Be Willing to coach the game and players in a positive manner.
