SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo men’s lacrosse continues early season momentum with a strong 26-6 performance versus Shorter University.

The Lions now move to 5-3 after the win.

In the first quarter, Justin Williams was first to strike for the Lions less than two minutes into the game.

Saint Leo started the game on a 10-0 run that led into the second quarter before Shorter had put up a goal on the board.

The goal did not stop any Lions momentum as the Green & Gold went into halftime with a 16-1 lead.

The second half was mostly about rotation for the Lions while also sealing the game with a final score of 26-6.
