Broward Lacrosse Advantage is looking for a full time Operations Manager.  The Operations Manager will be responsible to handle all the day-to-day business responsibilities of the company including communication, marketing/advertising, sales, program development, scheduling, budgeting and other activities typically required to run a business. Managing director will also be responsible to organize and run practices, new player trainings, strength/agility workouts, individual and private group lessons, leagues, tournaments, and other events. Compensation for this position is an annual salary of $35,000-$40,000, plus opportunities for annual bonus and/or profit-sharing potential, vacation time, flex-time scheduling, compensation for travel, entertainment stipend, and training.
