A reminder to fans in the Boca area that tonight at 7:00pm on the Saint Andrew’s campus we have two members of the Liberty League playing the night half of a day-night doubleheader (remember baseball fans when that used to happen?) as #4 ranked Union College faces off against Bard College. An interesting sub-plot to tonight’s game is the mentor versus the student as new Bard head coach Alex Stone, a graduate of Union in 2013 faces his former head coach, Hall of Famer Paul Wehrum. Both schools have ties to this area.  Saint Andrew’s 2014 graduate Dalton Davis is a freshman for Bard College and Union College has current SA faceoff specialist Alex Newhouse recruited for the 2015-16 academic year. Union comes into the game at 5-0 and has already defeated #7 Cortland and still has #12 Williams to play on their southern swing, as well as future conference games with #2 RIT and #18 RPI.  Bard enters the game with a 2-2 record.  The Liberty League currently hosts 3 Top 20 Division 3 schools, including two of the top 4 so this is lacrosse that the local fans should want to watch.   Union College Schedule Roster Coach Paul Wehrum   Bard College Schedule Roster Coach Alex Stone Coach Stone’s Hiring Announcement
