Austin Miller scored 8 points as Barron Collier rolled over Community School of Naples last night.   Barron Collier did not look ahead to its matchup with Jupiter on Friday. The young Cougars made short work of CSN as they jumped out to quick 11-0 lead and never looked back. Austin Miller (15) picked up 6G/2A to lead BC. Mike O’dea (14), Drew Goodrich (15), Brendan Ihm(16) and Beckett Hagland (15) all had solid games for the Cougars. Barron’s stifling defense led by Michael Nathan (15), Ben Beatty (15) and Zach Woods (15) held CSN in check much of the night. BC travels to Jupiter to take on the Top ranked Warriors on Friday in a battle of FLN Top 10 Teams.  The Jupiter match up is a great test for Barron Collier.  They had an impressive 15-4 record last season but it didn’t include any victories over top ten ranked teams.  For BC to get over the hump and keep their spot in the top ten they need a solid showing against one of the states best programs. Friday will provide the Cougars that opportunity.
