Cradle For The Cure Girls’ Lacrosse Tournament: A Fundraiser For Breast Cancer Research

PALM COAST-Ââ Nearly 30 college, high school and middle school girlsâ teams will come together on Saturday, October 4, 2014 to raise money for breast cancer research and awareness. Founded in 2009 by Bill Hanrahan in honor of his wife Tracy, a breast cancer survivor, C4C is an opportunity for the Florida lacrosse community to come together for a great cause!
All proceeds from the tournament go to Passionately Pink for the Cure Foundation (Susan G. Komen Passionately Pink®). The event will be hosted at Indian Trails Sports Complex in Palm Coast, FL. High school and middle school teams will participate in face-Ââpaced 7v7 play. Florida Southern secrets in their eyes movie, Florida Tech, Jacksonville University, Presbyterian College, Rollins College, St. Leo University, Stetson University and University of Tampa will compete in the college play day.
This event will bring together players from all levels to raise funds for Passionately Pink for the Cure Foundation, celebrate life and continue the growth of lacrosse. Cradle for the Cure is part of the LaxLife Events series. LaxLife Events combine the best competition, top-Âânotch scheduling and great locations; creating the ultimate lax experience.
