For the second straight year The ELEVEN Lacrosse Group, in conjunction with Prep School Lacrosse, ran it’s Girls Showcase and Clinic at the Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton the weekend of January 9th and approximately 140 attendees took advantage of top notch coaching from a number of Division 1/3 coaches to both learn and participate in games.  Although this year did not have the added excitement of Joe Namath being on the sidelines (still would love that photo with him!) the instruction was top notch and the players came away with a terrific experience. The Showcase was hardly a Florida-only experience as about 60% of the attendees came from outside Florida, and even included a few attendees from the state of California.  The Mid-Atlantic and New England regions were also represented so the Florida kids were able to mingle with colleagues from other parts of the country.                A number of high profile coaches ran the kids through their drills and coached the games.  The list was: Mindy McCord, Head Coach of Jacksonville University Chris Sailer, Head Coach of Princeton Jenny Graap, Head Coach of Cornell Amy Altig – Assistant Coach of Penn State Nicole Moore – Assistant Coach of Dartmouth Kate Livesay – Head Coach of Middlebury Liz Longley – Head Coach of Connecticut College Katy Dissinger – Head Coach of Trinity Courtney Farrell – Head Coach of Tufts Nicole Flores – Assistant Coach of Bowdoin
