Episcopal Jacksonville Over South Forsyth and Alpharetta

Episcopal School of Jacksonville turned back two travelling Georgia teams this week with back to back wins. On Wednesday, The Episcopal Eagles defeated the South Forsyth War Eagles by the score of 17-3. On Thursday, Episcopal defeated Alpharetta Raiders 17-9.
In the South Forsyth game, leading the point score for Episcopal was John Grube with 4 goals, along with RJ Raymond with 2 goals and 2 assists. In all, ten different Episcopal players scored over the course of the game.
Against Alpharetta, Grube scored 4 goals while Matt Stiefel, Quint Miller, Cole Graham each had 3 goals. Scott Powell had 4 assists as well as one goal. Goalie Dom Johnigean led the defense in both games.
With the wins, Episcopal’s record improves to 7-6. The Eagles face Nease High School on Tuesday, April 9th and Bolles on Friday, April 12th to finish out the regular season.
