FloridaLacrosseNews.com hosted our first Senior All Star game in Central Florida in 2012. Since that game the event has grown to become the state-wide event held at FAU last year before the Launch vs Ohio Machine game.
This year Team Florida has agreed to host the event at Matanzas High School on May 8th, the weekend after the final four. FLN founder Brain Davis said the arrangement makes sense. “Several seniors we invited last year were unable to make it because their families were at Team Florida weekend with younger siblings. Team Florida weekend is one of the biggest lacrosse events in the state each year so we felt it was a perfect fit for our event.”
The event this season will be Streamed Live with play by play action and plenty of interviews. Check out this clip from our previous Live Stream event

One other benefit to holding the All Star Game at Team Florida Weekend can’t be overlooked. “with over 60 of the top NCAA and MCLA coaches in attendance for the Team Florida Showcase weekend, the event will be a great way to show our talent to a national audience,” said Team Florida Lacrosse Co-Director Tom West.
This gives many of our NCAA committed athletes a chance to play in front of the coaches they’ll be looking to impress in the fall.
FloridaLacrosseNews.com is now accepting coaches nominations for the Senior All Star game. All graduating seniors are eligible for nomination to the event.
