Brendan Halleran had a carreer game against Cardinal Newman as he scored scored 3 goals and 3 assists in the 7-6 victory.  He added 7 ground balls and three take aways for good measure.  Teammate Ben Santangelo scored 2 goals and had 1 assist, Eddie Madden scored one goal and assisted on another and Anthony Paparella scored one goal for the John Carroll Rams.   The John Carroll goalie, Anthony Beringhaus, had 11 saves. The nail bitter went two overtimes before Halleran found Santangelo, who was cutting to the net, to score the game winner.
