Florida Southern Coaches launch Lacrosse Academy

The Coaches at Florida Southern College are bringing their knowledge of the game to the central Florida region by creating the Central Florida Lacrosse Academy.  They will hold clinics on weekends and weeknights through May and June.  Head Coach, Marty Ward, is looking forward to bringing NCAA level instruction to middle and high school players throughout Central Florida. Skill Development clinics will be divided between Intermediate players and Advanced players only for the purpose of teaching. · Middle School – 1.5 hours with lots of breaks · High School—2 hours with 2 breaks · Academy tryout clinics will be an additional 1/2 hour added on to one of our skills clinics and players will be evaluated throughout the entire session. · These clinics will have NCAA coaches at every session Dates, times, and costs are available on their website:  www.centralfloridalacrosseacademy.com Academy teams will travel to University of North Carolina and Jacksonville University to further NCAA quality coaching.
