The Moccasins (6-8, 2-3 SSC) ended the regular season in a three-way tie with Lynn (8-6, 2-3 SSC) and Rollins (6-8, 2-3 SSC). Due to the conference’s tie-breaking procedures, the Tars earned the No. 3 seed and the Fighting Knights were seeded fourth. In the first tiebreaker, which is determined by the three teams’ head-to-head results, all three schools finished with a 1-1 record. Rollins earned the third seed in the second tiebreaker because it was the only school to defeat Florida Tech (11-3, 3-2 SSC), the No. 2 seed. Lynn is then seeded fourth because it defeated FSC, 11-10, on March 21. Tampa (13-2, 5-0 SSC) will host this year’s SSC Tournament after sweeping league play for the second consecutive season.
