Fogolax’s Head Coach Matt ( Schommy) Schomburg has partnered with Empire Elite Lacrosse and World Teamer Doug Shanahan to bring Elite Face off training back to South Florida. South Florida is proving to be a hotbed for Face Off Athletes and there is a demand for high intensity, instruction focused, face off training.  The training is to be held on Sunday September 18th from 1- 4 pm at the Tamarac Sports Complex.  There is a $100 fee. Fogolax has developed training curriculum designed to create superior muscle memory through technique and repetition.  Coach Schomburg points out that the coaching staff has been coaching face offs all over the world for over 20 years. Both Shanahan and Schomburg have coached and played at the highest level and understand what it takes to get a dedicated athlete to the next level. “The training curriculum is designed to create superior muscle memory through technique and repetition.
