LB3 Lacrosse is hosting Gary Gait and his family for a holiday lacrosse clinic in South Florida! Gait, his son, and his daughter (Both Division I Lacrosse players) will be providing a clinic for both Boys and Girls ages 10-18. The clinic will be held at The Chamber, a state of the art facility. Along with having the best playing career in the history of the Men’s game, Gait has been coaching at the highest level of the Women’s Game for over 15 years. In 2007 he took over the Women’s program at his Alma Mater, Syracuse University. Before going back to be with The Orange, Gait was the Assistant Women’s Coach with the University of Maryland for nine seasons. The Clinic will start with a 30 minute Dynamic Warm-up session with the Professional trainers of Chamber Fitness.  This will include speed tech and agility stations.
