Gulf Coast High School Head Coach Joe Meyer Playing today at World Lacrosse Festival

Written by Lee Roggenburg on . Posted in .
Gulf Coast High School’s head coach, Joe Meyer, is out in Colorado with his Red White and Brew team playing in the Master’s 30+ division.  The FIL Wold Lacrosse Championships are also home to the World Lacrosse Festival which features teams from all over the world in multiple age groups. We asked Joe Meyer to tell us a little bit about Red, White, and Brew.
“This team has been together for about 10 years as the Rhinos then Buddha’s Ballers. We have been playing together since our days in new York City and the jersey shore. We play every year in the Vail tournament.  A great group of post ncaa players who are all mostly coaches.”
Florida Lacrosse New wishes the best to these guys.  Judging from the team name, we imagine they’ll have a good time regardless of the outcome.   For more info about the Festival please visit WorldLacrosse2014.com.
