So here is a look at Jake Lemon’s winning play and two other top contenders for the week. Thanks to all of those who submitted entries and keep them coming. We love watching them.
Tampa Jesuit’s Jake Lemon took a ground ball behind the back to the bottom corner. This scored big on difficulty!
Congratulations to Jake as he wins the Mastro Subaru Play of the Week!
Davis Gore scored high with this Crazy Goal for Steinbrenner. We haven’t seen a goal quite like this one before.
We also had a great submission from Connor McGraw, a sophomore attackman at Barron Collier.
The pass to Connor McGraw was heading out of bounds, but he brought it down, dodged through 2 defenders and scored to make it 9-7 with about 9 minutes to play. The momentum of the game shifted, and Connor scored another goal on the next possession to lock in a 3 goal lead at 10-7, which Barron then maintained, winning 11-8.
