Series History Saturday is the fourth meeting in the series, and the Spiders have captured the previous three contests. Last season, Richmond won 12-6 at Robins Stadium. Do You Know the Enemy? The Spiders knocked off defending national champion North Carolina, 6-5, on Monday night. The only setback the Spiders have suffered came to Duke in which a 6-2 halftime lead morphed into a 9-8 loss. Richmond boasts a suffocating defense that allows the fewest goals in the nation, and senior Ryan Dennis was named the conference’s Defensive Player of the Week after causing seven turnovers in two games. His 17 in total this season is top-five nationally. Previously Ben Gleichenhaus was a stalwart yet again behind the net with 17 saves but the Jacksonville offense could not break through as the Dolphins dropped to #18 Duke, 13-6, Monday at a rain-soaked Koskinen Stadium. Series History Saturday will be only the second meeting between the programs, with the first taking place on Mar. 19, 2014 when JU won 13-8 at home. Della Rocca scored a hat trick and Aus goaled a pair. Do You Know the Enemy? Wagner earned its first win of the season with a 16-13 triumph over St. Mary’s (CA) on Monday. Middie Marjorie Dehm poured in a career-best four goals. Against Stetson on Thursday, the Seahawks prevailed 17-12 with four goals from both Lauren Ednie and Olivia Streilein. Previously Jacksonville University outlasted Niagara University by a score of 12-8 Wednesday at D.B. Milne Field. Lillie Miller was one of four Dolphins to score twice in addition to her five ground balls, four caused turnovers, a pair of draw controls, and an assist.
