Second Half Courtney Valdez and Danielle Della Rocca scored the opening goals of the period to finish their hat tricks while Rachel Aus, Jaime Chapman, and Ashtyn Hiron finished the contest with two goals. In total, 12 different Dolphins scored in the game for JU, including Lillie Miller, Jody Julmice, Kasey Stevens, Abby Remenapp, and Mackenzie Groark. Mariah Cudlipp played the second half in goal. Quote “I loved the energy we played with today. Despite the rain & wind, we passed the ball well and played solid fundamentally. It’s good to be 2-0 in conference and see so many friends and family at the game. It felt like a home game for our team.”- JU Head Coach Mindy McCord Scoops Jacksonville won 15 of 24 draw controls, committed only seven turnovers, and outshot the Hornets 38-12. Jacksonville has now won 26 consecutive ASUN games and remains on the road with Howard Sunday at 11 a.m.
