Mar. 22nd – Lake Highland (7-4; 4-0 District 11) started strong and cruised to a 17-3 victory over the Winter Park Wildcats tonight in the nightcap of the first day of the O-Town Showdown. Seniors Clay Phillips (6G, 1A), Billy Roll (3G, 3A) and Devon Lewis (2G, 2A) once again led the Highlanders attack. Junior Max Parker was nearly perfect at the Face-off X, winning 17 of 18 attempts. Parker Snure led Winter Park with two goals. Lake Highland next plays Timber Creek in the final game of the Showdown Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM.
