Apr 19^th – In similar fashion as the District semi-final game two nights earlier, Lake Highland (15-5; District 11 Champions) defeated the visiting Boone Braves 14-1 to claim their fifth straight district title and sixth in the seven year history of the program.  As they did in the semi-finals, the Highlanders dominated time of possession and just about every other statistical category.  One oddity of this contest was LHP surviving eight man-down situations in the third quarter alone.  Lake Highland was led in scoring by Seniors Ryan Johnson (3G), Billy Roll (4G, 3A) and Clay Phillips (2G, 3A).  Brooks Onderick scored the lone goal for Boone.  LHP next hosts District 10 champion West Orange HS on Tuesday, April 23^rd at 8:00 PM.
