LB3 Partners with Creeks Youth Lacrosse in Jacksonville, FL

Atlanta, GA-LB3 Lacrosse is proud to announce a new partnership with Creeks Lacrosse of Jacksonville FL. Creeks Youth Lacrosse Program is a not-for-profit recreational program committed to teaching core competencies and skill levels for all players from kindergarten through high school. Located just south of Jacksonville, the Creeks program serves a rapidly developing lacrosse community at the heart of lacrosse growth in the region.
LB3 founder Liam Banks was impressed by the Creeks Lacrosse program, philosophies and approach and immediately reached out to their leadership after purchasing the Jacksonville Lacrosse Club.
“We believe in teaching fundamentals first, last and all the time in between.” said Banks “The Creeks group gets that and they see what we bring to the table as a benefit for their kids. Good skills, good character and a love of the game. That’s what Creeks is about and that is what LB3 is about.”
LB3 will assist in the continued development of the Creeks spring youth lacrosse program through coaches education, practice planning and on field clinics. LB3 will also support the Creeks spring youth tournament. In the off season, LB3 will be the preferred provider for travel teams and other lacrosse developmental activities for Creeks players and coaches.
“Given the opportunity to invest in our youth program’s overall growth and development in lacrosse, Creeks Boys Lacrosse viewed LB3’s proven methodologies, coaches pedigree, top-notch programming and offerings, combined with their overall knowledge and passion for the game as a win-win combination.” Said Billy Weakland, Vice president and board member for Creeks Lacrosse. “Bringing this value to our program will serve to unify our lacrosse community for years to come, and will ensure that we are honoring the sport that we all love… and growing the game the right way.”
LB3 will be hosting tryouts for it’s 2014 Jacksonville Summer Travel Teams Sunday December 8 and Sunday December 15 at Julington Creek Plantation Park (3060 Racetrack Road, St. Johns, FL 32259). Try Outs are FREE, there will be no charge to try out on either try out date.
LB3 Jacksonville will offer Boys Elite & Select Teams in the following high school graduation years (girls announcement to come soon):
2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022

2015 & 2016 Teams – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
2017 & 2018 Teams – 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
2019 & 2020 Teams – 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
2021 & 2022 Teams – 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm
Sunday, December 15: Julington Creek Plantation Park
2022 & 2021 Teams – 10:00 am to 11:30 am
