Each year my high school team plays one of the best teams in the state, Barron Collier, and for me it’s always a competitive game with a lot of my closest friends on the team. No matter what the score is, it’s always fun.
How would you describe your style of play?
Determined, competitive, savage.

Great sports and academics and maybe a discounted meal plan.

I think I would like to study something in the medical field, I am not exactly sure though.
Which college team or players do you most enjoy watching?
It was exciting to watch the semi -finals and finals of the NCAA championship last year in Maryland. I also really enjoy watching my friends play, we all try and help each other with our game.
Who was your biggest lacrosse influence?
Coach Adiutori for introducing me to the sport and being my biggest fan. Coach Tillo for his encouragement and mad skills. Coach Ellyn for her hard work and believing in me. Kevin Merrit for fixing my stick.

Well the night before a game I eat everything in sight. I usually say a prayer or thank God before each game.
Would you rather ride the bench on a great team OR start for a mediocre team?
Ride the bench and be on a great team. This would make me work harder to become a starter, let someone else ride the bench and I’ll play.

In 2015, Naples High School only lost three games. Unfortunately, two of those losses came at the hands of district opponent Barron Collier, a team that ultimately made it to the final four. Defeating the Cougars of Barron Collier is no easy task but it’s a feat that Marlee and her Naples teammates will strive for in the spring. Best of luck to Marlee!
