Just to bring the readers up to date on the MLL playoff situation, it’s fairly simple at this point:   The Launch are locked in to the 3rd slot and will travel to either Denver or Ohio.  Denver lost last night in Chesapeake so if Ohio wins the Launch will go to Denver.  If Rochester defeats Ohio at home the Launch will travel to Ohio. Rochester needs to win to make the playoffs, so Ohio will have their hands full. If Rochester loses it simply comes down to the Charlotte road trip to NY.  The winner of that game finishes fourth if Rochester loses.   Frankly, as a Launch rooter I would think it would be better to travel to Denver as they struggled a little more down the stretch and last night’s defensive effort was not good, nor was Denver’s clearing game.  Ohio seems a little hungrier right now given they are not the defending champions. But I could be wrong. Either way, excitement for their first trip to the semis is rampant across Launch Nation . . .
