Senior FO/Middie, Johnny Hanlon, of Pope John Paul II is headed to Utica College. He has been accepted into the Early Entry Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Utica College. Hanlon is a true student/athlete (4.3 GPA, National Honors Society member and numerous community service hours) and was awarded the President’s Scholarship and entry into the honors program.
Johnny plays his club ball for the Swashbucklers and Florida Elite.
Hanlon chose to commit to UC because it’s a good fit academically and athletically and it is close to family. “I felt very comfortable there and the coaches made me feel like I belong”. “I would like to thank my mom who has encouraged me to do my best and influenced my decision to enter the health field and my dad who has helped me throughout this journey. Also, all my coaches, Andrew Bolger, Mike Bolger, Chris DiVico, Coach Finn and Neil McAdorey.”
