St. Andrew’s 2015 graduate Keith Mahler has committed to the admissions process to play lacrosse at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.  Keith, who plans to enter as a freshman in the fall of 2016 after a post graduate year at Salisbury School, follows SA graduates Robert Nogueras from Parkland and Reid McCool from Gulf Stream to the Bantams. FLN:  Keith, why did you select Trinity? Keith:  “I chose Trinity because it is a great academic and athletic opportunity and I look forward to playing for coaches Higgins, Praetorius and Cimini.” FLN:  Would you like to thank anyone? Keith:  “I would like to thank the many coaches for whom I played, including R.J. Dawson, Tony Seaman, Chauncey Farrington, Charlie Cipriano, Brendan Gleason, Jeff Goldberg and Casey Wilson.   A special thanks to Coach Seaman who made me love to play the game again.  In addition, thanks to my fellow seniors and teammates, my brother and parents, particularly my mother.” FLN:  Any advice to young players? Keith:  “Don’t give up on your dream.” Keith has played on many teams over the years, including Boca Jets, Delray Riptide, South Florida Select, Palm Beach Select, Blue Chip 2015, Snipers, Premier Players, Florida Xtreme, Palm Beach Predators, Florida Elite, Team Florida, Swordfish, Team 11, Gulf Stream School and St. Andrew’s.  Good luck, Keith!
