Sporting new grey and light blue uniforms, the Sharks took the field on Thursday night and came away with a convincing win over the Creekside Knights. Junior Miles Silva followed up his 6 goal effort against Nease with another 6 goals to lead the Sharks. Senior Cody Legeza contributed 3 goals and 2 assists. Also scoring, Logan Taucher with 2 and Garrett Boyle, Ben Buchanan and Reid Smith with 1. It was another great effort by a defense that is getting stronger and more cohesive each game. After allowing just two goals in the regular season matchup, the Sharks allowed just three, two by Matt Tidball. Kudos to goalie Colin Peaks and defenders Parker Eastland, Alex Franco and LSM’s Gray Larson and Evan Weiner. The Sharks head to Bolles on Tuesday for a first round play-in game.
