Spanish River Alumn, Ted DiSalvo, Earns Defensive Player of the Week Honors at Washington College

Wins Award For The Second Time This Season
LANCASTER, PA – Washington College junior goalie Ted DiSalvo (Boca Raton, FL/Spanish River) has been named the Centennial Conference Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending on April 7 by the conference office. This is the second time this season and in his career that DiSalvo has won the defensive player of the week award.
DiSalvo, who also earned the weekly award on Feburary 25, 2013, made 15 saves and allowed just three goals in 53:31 of playing time in the Shoremen’s 13-4 win over Muhlenberg Saturday.
The 10th-ranked Shoremen are back in action on Wednesday night with a 7:00 p.m. Centennial Conference home game versus Ursinus.
