Tampa Jesuit Moves to 7-0 With 14-5 Win Over HB Plant

The Jesuit Varsity Lacrosse team extended their undefeated streak to 7 games trouncing Plant 14-5 in a well played game on Saturday at the University of Tampa stadium. The game was attended by over 500 people , a huge day in Tampa Lacrosse to see the two rivals play.
 
Tampa  played a disciplined game with high energy with Noah Menendez dominating the faceoffs.
 
The top Goal Scorer for Tampa was Junior Attackman Stephano Mastro with 5 goals,  Daniel Scarpinato with 3 goals, Peyton Elliot with 2 and Austin Curtis with 2.  Noah Menendez chipped in with 3 assists. Stellar defensive play by the defense.
 
Plant High School was led by Bennett Taylor with 2 goals.
 
Tampa Jesuit plays this Friday against Tampa Catholic and Saturday against Gulf Coast from Naples, an undefeated team.
 
Plant, which suffered its first loss of the season, travels to Steinbrenner on 3/21 after taking its spring break.
