Tampa Jesuit senior Andrew Scarpinato has given his commitment to play for RPI next year. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is located in Troy, N.Y. The Engineers compete in NCAA D-lll as members of the Liberty Athletic League.  RPI had a great 2011 outing going 11-6 and going undefeated at home (7-0). Andrew Scarpinato has maintained a 3.7 GPA and has helped lead his team to the IA state championship game two years in a row, and was also a first team all league attack-man as a junior. He will lead the Tigers in their first varsity season as a senior captain. “ I would like to thank my coaches Paul Goldsmith and John Matzke for all their help and guidance in brining my playing abilities to my full potential. I would also like to thank my parents for all of their support, and my brother Daniel for everything he has helped me with.”
