The top two finishers in the 2015 Sunshine State Conference season both cracked the top 15 in the Nike/LM pre season rankings.

Tampa, who finished last season 15-4, winning the SSC and making it to the National Championship Tournament for the second year, are ranked 8th.
Florida Tech, who surprised many folks last year (but not us!) finished the season 12-4 and lost to Tampa in the SSC championship game, are ranked 13th.
Tampa is still the only team to ever win a Sunshine State Conference Championship.
