The Latest of Vero Beach’s Pridemore Family Named MVP at Dick’s Sporting Goods T.O.C.

Ross Pridemore, Vero Beach, FL, led his Madlax (D.C.) team to an undefeated record and the U13 National Championship in the Dick’s Sporting Goods TOC this past weekend. Pridemore, an 8th grader who plays for St. Edward’s School (Vero Beach ) varsity team, had 3 goals/7 assists in the semi-final game and 3 goals/3 assists in the Championship game and was named tournament MVP. Pridemore is the next in line of his family who have all excelled on the lacrosse field. His older brother, Ben, was an Under Armour AA and NILCA All-American for national powerhouse Boys’ Latin School (Baltimore, MD), ranked in Inside Lacrosse Top 50 players and is now a freshman on the Notre Dame lacrosse team. His oldest sister, Katy, was the Florida Dairy Farmers Player of the Year last spring as a junior, earned MVP honors playing for perennial state champion Vero Beach HS, ranked the #3 player in the country by Inside Lacrosse magazine and will play at Florida. Pridemore’s other older sister, Hannah, who also plays for Vero Beach HS, was ranked as a top 20 rising junior in the country by Inside Lacrosse and will also be headed to Florida to play with her sister.
