Jacksonville University men’s lacrosse coach, Guy Van Arsdale, had been finding some excellent talent close to home.  The Dolphins recently took a commitment from PV’s Reid Smith and have now added Nease’s standout defenseman Tyler Schaffer.  Schaffer plays club lacrosse for Bold City and LB3 and is a member of Team Florida. Tyler, a junior, intends to major in Business at Jacksonville University. “I would like to thank the awesome coaches I have had in North Florida for all their support. And a special thank you to Coach Finneran in South Florida who was my first coach and taught me the game.”
