We are constantly trying to build our team and without our reigning defensive player of the year,Brittney Orashen, against Marist, we were able to gauge how we were doing. Against Presbyterian, we will need the younger players to rise to the occasion again.” In their last outing, the Dolphins improved to 7-2 on the year with an 11-9 victory over Marist. Eight different players scored goals for Jacksonville which is off to its best start in program history. In the first 13 minutes of the game, the Dolphins found the back of the net six times all from different players. Danielle Della Rocca led the team with two goals and two assists giving her a team-high 22 goals and 35 points this season. Presbyterian enters the game with a 2-5 record. The Blue Hose defeated Mercer 15-14 at home on Friday. Katy Richardson leads the team with 15 points (10 goals, five assists). Goalkeeper Lee-Ann Salim has 41 saves on the season. The Dolphins have a 5-0 record against Presbyterian, the last time the team met was in 2013 when the Dolphins won 23-4 in Clinton. ### Bridgette Gale Athletic Media Relations Assistant Jacksonville University (o):(904)-256-7761 (c): (904)-599-0801
