PBA Men: Sailfish Fall 12-10 After Early Lead Against Chargers

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Palm Beach Atlantic men’s lacrosse was unable to build off their successful victory on Friday night as they dropped their finale of the weekend 12-10 to Alabama-Huntsville.

The ‘Fish (1-2) led 4-1 after the first quarter but were outscored 3-1 in the second to take a 5-4 lead into halftime. PBA was outscored 4-3 in the third and 4-2 in the fourth to drop their second game of the season.

Ben Savick made 13 saves in net for the Sailfish while Trevor Keena led the team in scoring with six goals. Brendan Fischer scored the first goal of the game with Zack FiguraAnthony Cresto and Blake Israel all also scoring a goal. Alex Aken was the team leader in ground balls with seven.

The ‘Fish are back in action on Monday, Feb. 26 as they host Dominican at 7 p.m. That game will follow a women’s game at 4 p.m. as the teams play their lone doubleheader of the season.
