Sweetlax Announces Tryouts in Boca Raton (9/8 & 9/9) and Orlando (9/22 & 9/23)

  via press release   (Boca Raton) Sweetlax Florida has announced the tryouts for their Fall and Summer teams. Based on their great success : Sweetlax already has over 20 commits in the 2020 class, they are including younger teams for the Fall and Summer seasons. Tryouts will include 2020, 2021, 202, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 teams and will be held on Saturday, September 8th and Sunday 9th in Boca Raton followed on Saturday, September 15th and Sunday the 16th in the Orlando area. Call backs will take place on Saturday, September 22nd and Sunday, September 23rd. Information can be found on www.sweetlaxlacrosse.com Sweetlax Florida is an elite club lacrosse program that focuses on developing player skills and teamwork while stressing the importance of academic performance to reach the College level. Sweetlax complements the Town and School lacrosse programs by providing additional coaching, competitive tournaments, and the necessary networking to achieve College and University placement.     Kevin Martin, Sweetlax Director of Recruiting, thoroughly assesses players at practices and tournaments to find them the best possible fit at the College level. He works with players and parents to determine what is needed to ensure that they can have the most successful and enjoyable College experience. Coach Martin networks with Coaches from DI, DII and DIII schools ensuring every player finds a home that fits their criteria and playing abilities. Sweetlax is made up of Coaches from Professional, College, and High School levels. Often previous Sweetlax players, many of whom now play for college teams, work as Assistants for our elite club teams. The Sweetlax clinics are taught by professionals  with a focus on player development. Keeping the stick in the player’s hands as much as possible is critical to their success. Sweetlax participates in the most competitive National tournaments that attract attendance by leading College and University lacrosse Coaches.
