Just like in the 1A poll we have some schools that we are keeping an eye on but not ready yet to consider them for a ranking.

The biggest score of the week is Hagerty’s one-goal win over Vero Beach, but then they lost by 6 to Episcopal, so we will keep Vero ahead of them for now because of the entire body of work. Vero holds a victory over Bishop Moore on the road and that is a better win than Hagerty’s others. Don’t get too caught up the first few weeks, things will sort themselves out!

Newsome gave Steinbrenner a close game at home and hung with LHP. Wiregrass with a one-goal win over Mitchell and Boca Raton both off to impressive starts.

Lake Mary was not considered in the preseason poll, but knocked off Lake Brantley and lost by 1 to Ponte Vedra. PV lost to a strong Georgia team.

East Ridge drops out after a bad loss. Sickles suffered two big losses early and rebounded with three wins, but they have work to do to get back into the discussion.
