Semifinal games will be played on Wednesday, April 24th on campus sites

MELBOURNE, Fla. – [MLAX Tournament Page] – Sunshine State Conference Men’s Lacrosse Tournament semifinal match-ups will be played on Wednesday, April 24th. All games throughout the tournament will be hosted on campus sites and broadcast by member institutions on the SSC Digital Network.
 


#1 Tampa vs. #4 Florida Southern – 4:00 PM [Watch Live | Live Stats]

How They Got Here:

#1 Tampa earned a bye to the semifinals after finishing the 2024 regular season undefeated in SSC play. They have won 13 games in a row and lead the conference in goals (262). They also lead the conference in goals against average, allowing just 9.00 per game.

#4 Florida Southern advanced to the semifinals after defeating #5 Saint Leo 20-15 in the first round. Brendan Glasser scored five goals in the victory, while Kaleb Cook and Nolan Tighe each scored four (Box).

2024: Tampa defeated the Mocs 12-8 on March 27th in Tampa.

#2 Rollins vs. #3 Florida Tech – 8:00 PM [Watch Live | Live Stats]

How They Got Here:

#2 Rollins earned a bye to the semifinals after finishing the regular season 5-2 in SSC play. The Tars allowed the fewest goals in the SSC this season (135), and they had the second-lowest goals against average (9.64).

#3 Florida Tech finished the regular season 4-3 in SSC play. They narrowly escaped #6 Lynn in the first round, defeating them 10-9 in overtime. Collin Stewart scored three goals including the game-winner in overtime (Box).

2023-24: These two teams met twice in the regular season. Rollins won 18-10 in both meetings, once in Melbourne on February 3rd and once in Winter Park on March 30th.
